Let's learn about Thanksgiving in English（感謝祭）

'Happy Thanksgiving'. In November there is a special holiday in the USA, 'Thanksgiving'. Thanksgiving (感謝祭) is a holiday like Obon (お盆) in Japan. Everyone goes home to eat a big dinner with family. Turkey (七面鳥) and lots of vegetables (野菜) are eaten.

Our students were asked 'Where do you want to go in America?' (アメリカでどこに行きたいですか). Many students want to go to New York.

There was a challenge about famous America celebrities (アメリカ有名人). There are actors and singers, men and women. I'm very happy to say that our students were 100% correct. おめでとう!

As always Totoro was there to enjoy Thanksgiving, too.

生徒達が意外とアメリカの女優さんや俳優さんを知っていることに驚きました。
